Go to RUNBNB.hu and click on the "Log In" button.
When you "Sign Up" you'll be asked to enter your username, email address, phone number, and to choose a password.
After you click on "Sign Up" we'll send you a confirmation email.
To complete your registration, please click the confirmation link in the email.
Now you can login with your username and password.
2. Add your listing(s)
To add a listing, first choose a name for your place. It should be a short nickname, not necessarily the full Airbnb listing name.
8-10 characters works best in the timeline.
When you add your address try to be as accurate as you can. It will help service providers (cleaning, laundry, taxi company etc.) to find your place.
RUNBNB services are currently available only in Budapest.
Add the "size of the apartment".
In the description field you can add your gate code, doorbell or details of how service providers can access your apartment if you are out.

Click on the "Save" button.
After you save your listing your timeline is ready.
But to use all the RUNBNB functions you need to add some more information.
3. Edit your welcome message
The number and size of the beds is important for the laundry service provider.
You can add a "PDF" or "doc" guide to each apartment. Later you can insert any message and send it out automatically to the guests.
Good to know:
We automatically set a default "Welcome message" template for every newly added listing. This is the message that will be sent every time someone books your apartment and, by default, contains the guest form.
The guest form is an easy way to gather the arrival information from your guest.
You can use the default "Welcome message" or personalise it by clicking on it.
Either way its important to activate it to make sure all your new guests get this message. For pre-existing bookings you can send it manually from the timeline, if you wish .
You can edit the template name. This is what you will see in your timeline and in the "Templates" menu.
You can personalize the subject and the mail body too. Add as much information as you feel necessary. Use our pre-defined objects like the "Date of the arrival" or "Name of the guest" to make your mail more personal.
When you are ready activate your "Welcome message" by setting the status to "Active".
You can send it to your guest from the timeline by clicking on the mail icon on the information line.
You can add as many templates as you want from the "Templates" drop menu. You can send out recommendations or send automatic messages to remind your guests about checking-out, for example.
Any template can be set to be sent automatically X day(s) before the check-out or check-in dates.
